These Terms & Conditions govern your use of g4444 and constitute a binding agreement between you and g4444. By registering or using this platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and g4444 ("g4444", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at g4444.vu. Account Registration and Know Your Customer (KYC)
Each person may hold only one registered account on g4444. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your g4444 account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify g4444 support immediately. g4444 will take reasonable steps to suspend the account pending investigation. g4444 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials or failed to notify g4444 in a timely manner.
Account Closure
You may request closure of your g4444 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any positive balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, if applicable. g4444 may decline to close an account if a withdrawal request, KYC review, or fraud investigation is ongoing.
Deposits and Withdrawals
g4444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladesh bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). g4444 does not accept deposits from or make payments to third-party accounts — the name on your g4444 account must match the name registered on your payment method.
Deposit Policy
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. g4444 will return any deposit that cannot be matched to the account holder's verified identity. Deposits are credited to your g4444 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference from your payment app.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that matches the name on your g4444 account. You may not withdraw to a different person's account or to a payment method not previously used for a deposit, unless an alternative method has been approved by g4444 support in writing. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad and Rocket are processed within one business day on standard requests. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2 to 3 business days. g4444 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Bonuses and Promotions
g4444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and event-based promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.
- 1Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, and expiry date. These terms are displayed at the point of claiming the offer.
- 2Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the specific offer terms.
- 3Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Welcome bonuses may not be claimed by players who have previously held a g4444 account or who create a new account for the purpose of claiming the bonus.
- 4g4444 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject only to any express commitment made to a player at the time of claiming.
- 5Bonuses are not transferable, may not be sold, exchanged, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash directly — only the cash balance may be withdrawn once wagering requirements are met.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on g4444. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.
- 1Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on g4444, whether in your own name or using the identity or payment details of another person.
- 2Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or during the KYC process.

- 4Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to engage in money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, bonus abuse, or any other financially dishonest conduct in connection with your g4444 account.
- 5Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, or sharing information with other players in a manner that constitutes collusion.
Intellectual Property and Data Privacy
All content on g4444, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio and video materials, and the overall selection, arrangement, and coordination of the platform's interface, is the intellectual property of g4444 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without the prior written consent of g4444.
g4444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will be used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and meet any regulatory obligations. g4444 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g4444 shall not be liable to any player for: (a) any loss of winnings, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of this platform; or (c) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any services provided through it. g4444 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure your device and network environment are secure before accessing g4444.
g4444's total aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any and all claims arising from or related to the use of this platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their g4444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or capped under applicable law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to g4444's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of g4444 that cannot be resolved through g4444's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body. By accepting these Terms you waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding against g4444. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable law provides for rights that cannot be waived by contract.
Amendments, Termination, and Contact
g4444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. g4444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected, or where continued operation of an account would create regulatory, legal, or commercial risk for g4444.
